Louisiana Clinical & Translational Science Center:

• (SPARCRequest) Add Unsubmitted Notice for Draft Requests. Will the whole feature be offered as configurable to turn on/off?

  • will be able to turn on / off with configuration

• Considering updating language on homepage to match other CTSA sites regarding grants

MUSC:

• RMID v1.6.0 is next release, planned for 8/31. See drafted release notes.

• Working on SPARC v.3.11.1 mini release for forms data

• SPARCRequest v3.12.0 - stories still being planned & date TBD (before end of year)

  • LA CaTS contribution - (SPARCRequest) Add Unsubmitted Notice for Draft Requests.

    • Q - Will the whole feature be offered as configurable to turn on/off? A- it can also be configured to turn the whole feature on and off.

• Stories for Governance review and approval will go out this week.

• Currently working on minor release SPARC v3.11.1

• Next major release SPARC v3.12.0 scheduled for year’s end

Oregon Health & Science University:

• Figured out IRB logic for expiration dates (e.g., studies that don’t follow the traditional exp date timing and fields)

• Have updated their report parameters to include dates of active projects for the included start/end date parameters

Case Western

• Running Redhat Linux 7 which is end of life soon. Getting new production server setup with supported software. Planning to upgrade SPARC once upgraded server is ready.

• Introduced Hadrian as a new OS member

• Update configuration for new server in preparation for testing SPARC v3.11.0 upgrade.

• In process of verifying incomplete service request statuses with service providers. About 90-95% of services are entered by service providers, so this is a QA check. The unsumbitted requests reminders won’t alleviate the curretn QA check process in this case because the service requests are already submitted.

Morehouse:

• Active Directory on SPARC server. Anyone on Morehouse network can now access SPARC

  • Have to sign in twice bug? - May be fixed. MUSC remained on the call to help troubleshoot this issue and putting links on SPARC homepage service descriptions.

• They have seen the double sign in request issue again. But it’s only happening for the users who were entered as they were testing SPARC use. New users don’t have the issue. They may have a resolution and will reach out to MUSC if guidance is needed.
