Louisiana Clinical & Translational Science Center: 

2/1/23

• Submitted pull request for Fixing Coverage Analysis Button Bug

  • Coverage Analysis button only applies to clinical services. Should institutions that don’t use clinical services just hide the button all together?

2/15/23

• Implemented 3.10.1 in production - so far, no issues.

• Story (SPARCReport) Add Optional Services Column On Service Requests Report is high priority for them. This is scheduled for the next 3.11.0 SPARCRelease. Ying updated story to be the owner to contribute this change to the release.

MUSC:

2/15/23

• SPARC 3.10.1 Released 1/26/23; Github released 2/10/23

• 3.4.0 SPARC Fulfillment stories as the next major release.

  • New story additions & development ends 3/2/23

  • Release Date 3/16/23

• Sent out request for OS community institutions' SPARC report info this week. Institutions can response to bulleted points and provide report data on the PT story (SPARCReport) OS Community Customized Reports. MUSC will compile all info and release in the WIKI.

• Stories for SPARCRelease 3.11.0 is currently being planned (no date yet). SPARCReports will be one category of stories planned for inclusion.

Oregon Health & Science University:

• SPARCCatalog And SPARC Admin - service appears in program in UI after being moved to Core in Catalog - Found root cause of split/notify data issue (admin edit side seeing services that shouldn’t be there). Working on patch and will submit pull request.

• Receive note about 3.10.1 release and are reviewing it, in particular for changes such as the funding source that will require planning and extensive testing.

• Matt has done work & applied local patch for story SPARCCatalog And SPARC Admin - service appears in program in UI after being moved to Core in Catalog, but there were some far reaching programming observations that OHSU would like to bring up at the next Ops meeting. Imogen will also find out more information from Matt that may be helpful on the technical side and if it’s evident to users or programming primarily.

• Also working on some internal custom reports & data clean-up.

• Are looking at using Tooljet application for a graphical way to view their reports. It seems promising and interfaces with a number of applications.
