• Discuss (SPARCReport) Add Requester Column to Service Request Report - updated to dynamic data or new column?

  • Jeremy shared Case uses requester data to see if the service provider or PI/study team originally requested the service.

  • There most likely was not an intention to keep the requester data static. This information is in the subservice table vs what’s intended for Dashboard. Ying will review the details to gather more information. Here is relevant code Ying pointed out -

Stony Brook:

• Had to resubmit the application and is now back engaged in SPARC and will upgrade SPARC version. Looking for the version with the demographic changes. This is in v3.10.0; advised to upgrade to 3.10.1 as the latest including bug fixes for 3.10.1. Went over the 3.10.0 and 3.10.1 release notes, recommending careful attention to the Funding source changes. Provided links to GitHub and release notes as references. Xin will send Release Notes links to Melanie and have her reach out to MUSC with any questions. Xin will review GitHub and reach out to Andrew for deployment questions.
