Louisiana Clinical & Translational Science Center:

• Implemented 3.10.1 in production - so far, no issues.

• Story (SPARCReport) Add Optional Services Column On Service Requests Report is high priority for them. This is scheduled for the next 3.11.0 SPARCRelease. Ying updated story to be the owner to contribute this change to the release.

• 3.4.0 SPARC Fulfillment stories as the next major release.

  • New story additions & development ends 3/10/23

  • Release Date 3/23/23

• Institutions can provide report data on the PT story (SPARCReport) OS Community Customized Reports. MUSC will compile all info and release in the WIKI.

• Stories for SPARCRelease 3.11.0 are currently being planned (no date yet). SPARCReports will be one category of stories planned for inclusion.

Oregon Health & Science University:

2/15/23

• Receive note about 3.10.1 release and are reviewing it, in particular for changes such as the funding source that will require planning and extensive testing.

• Matt has done work & applied local patch for story SPARCCatalog And SPARC Admin - service appears in program in UI after being moved to Core in Catalog, but there were some far reaching programming observations that OHSU would like to bring up at the next Ops meeting. Imogen will also find out more information from Matt that may be helpful on the technical side and if it’s evident to users or programming primarily.

• Also working on some internal custom reports & data clean-up.

• Looking at what ‘Your Costs’ means - how its calculated and is it stored somewhere as one field they can pull it into a report. MUSC to take a look for response.

• Are looking at using Tooljet application for a graphical way to view their reports. It seems promising and interfaces with a number of applications.
