Louisiana Clinical & Translational Science Center:

• How to find protocol in dashboard after it has been submitted (new users having trouble navigating the UI)

  • Should homepage be dashboard instead of new request page?

  • how can we minimize duplicate requests

  • Idea: detect if user has draft request and prompt them to find it in the dashboard

MUSC:

• SPARCRelease v3.11.0 released 7/28/2023. Monitoring and will release on github for OS community 8/11/2023 if no issues. Reviewed Release Notes.

• RMID v1.6.0 is next release. Deployment date TBD.

• SPARCRequest v3.12.0 follows RMID release. Still working on final list of stories. Deployment date TBD.

• Will reach out to Morehouse to request dates in next 2-3 weeks to set up time for their Apache update questions.

• New meeting series will be sent out to start with next meeting 8/16 - meeting time will change to 2 pm.

• Release tags for SPARC v3.11.0, Fulfillment V3.4.0 & 3.4.1 all on github

• Working on forms bug story for a SPARC v3.11.1 release

• RMID v1.6.0 is next release, tentative 8/31

Oregon Health & Science University:

• IRB system has multiple date fields - Ideal solution would be to match all IRB date fields with corresponding SPARC date fields. Would require adding additional SPARC date fields.

• Considering best way to include IRB closure dates for studies not following usual IRB review process. This may require adding a new SPARC date field. Will think about more and potentially propose at a future OS Governance call.

• Noted SPARC reports don’t include parameters to prevent users from entering in a start date after an end date. After further tests, realized it was not programmed in their institutional reports. They will work to include those parameters.
