Louisiana Clinical & Translational Science Center:

• Ying reported also seeing the PDF access error, seemingly related to the Paperclip story.

• Submitted pull request for Fixing Coverage Analysis Button Bug

  • Coverage Analysis button only applies to clinical services. Should institutions that don’t use clinical services just hide the button all together?

MUSC:

1/18/23

• SPARC 3.10.1 Released 1/26/23 - see current stories.

  • Github release planned for next week 2/9/23, barring major issues

• 3.4.0 SPARC Fulfillment stories as the next major release.

  • New story additions & development ends 3/2/23

  • Release Date 3/16/23

• Sending out request for OS community institutions' SPARC report info this week

Oregon Health & Science University:

1/18/23

• Awaiting 3.10.1 release for up-to-date SPARC version. They have already included their Fee Agreement change in their instance.

• Noted end of life support dates for MySQL and MariaDB. They are looking to upgrade versions - has anyone else done this or plan to? LACaTS updated their server to ubuntu LTS 22.04. Case has not.

• Found root cause of split/notify data issue (admin edit side seeing services that shouldn’t be there). Working on patch and will submit pull request..
