1. (SPARCFulfillment) Fulfillment List Month Year column sorting not functioning on select Browsers

Previously, the ‘Month Year’ column sorting on the Fulfillment list modal was not working on browsers other than Chrome. In this release this bug has been addressed so that the ‘Month Year’ column sorting functions on all browsers.

2. (SPARCFulfillment) Participant Calendar Multi-Complete and Multi-Incomplete Not Refreshing Notes Count

Previously, when complete/incompleting multiple procedures on a participant visit, the notes counter did not update until the page was manually refreshed. In this release, the bug has been fixed and the system-generated notes reflect the notes counter.

3. (SPARCFulfillment) Visit Report Start Date not Included in Report Results

Previously, when creating a visit report, the report came back not including data of the beginning date that was selected. In this release, when creating a visit report, it will return all results based on the chosen dates.

4. (SPARCFulfillment Code) Firefox & IE 11 Icon broken in homepage footer

The Firefox & IE 11 icon displays have been restored in SPARCFulfillment footer ‘Supported Browsers’ section.

5. (SPARCFulfillment) Incorrect Protocol ID on Study Schedule Report

Previously, the study schedule report when created displayed the protocol’s database ID instead of the user interface SPARC protocol ID. In this release, the ID now reflects the SPARC protocol ID.

6. (SPARCFulfillment Patient Registry) Adjustment of City Field and Race List

Previously when creating a new patient in the Patient Registry, a user could enter numbers in the City Field and the list on the participant/patient form’s Race field was not alphabetical. In this release, these were corrected to add frontend validation alphabetical input only and list choices for the ‘Race’ field alphabetically.

7. (SPARCFulfillment) Basic Information not Populating in Fulfillment Request

Funding source data updates were released in SPARCRequest version 3.10.0. A resulting, identified issue in SPARCFulfillment was inability to load studies and the absence of study information displaying on studies that were previously associated with potential funding sources. The primary issue was resolved in the SPARCFulfillment production environment. With the current release, work has been finished to synchronized funding source updates with SPARCRequest, ensuring studies and study information is visible.

8. (SPARCFulfillment) Unable to Complete Visit after Service from Different Core Removed

Previously, a bug was found that prevented successfully completing participant visits when adding and removing services from multiple Cores. In this release, the bug has been fixed and users can complete visits when adding/removing services from different cores, with current services remaining.

9. (SPARCFulfillment) Sort Fulfillments List Column Dates in Descending Order

Previously when opening the Fulfillment List, data auto-sorted in ascending order, with earlier date on top. This was not optimal for users seeking the most recent fulfillments. In the release, the Fulfillment List auto sorts the Fulfillment Date column in descending order, with the most recent date on top.

10. (SPARC Fulfillment) Remove Potential Funding Source Column

The funding_source and potential_funding_source data were combined in the protocols table for SPARCRequest release 3.10.0. SPARCFulfillment has also been updated to synchronize this data change with SPARCRequest.

11. (SPARCFulfillment) Combine Klok Database into Fulfillment

To lower the maintenance load easier, the Klok database was combined into the SPARCFulfillment database. Existing Klok importing functionalities are preserved.

12. (SPARCFulfillment) Appointment List Not Displaying by Visit Sequence

Previously, when the study calendar was updated, the visit was displaced and displayed at the end of the participant’s calendar in Participant Tracker. In this release, the visits are now shown in sequence for participants and surround any custom visits added.

13. (SPARCFulfillment) Add Invoice Flag Date

In this release an Invoiced Date has been added within Fulfillments List and Participants Calendar. When a fulfillment or procedure is flagged as invoiced, a note documents the action and an automatic, same-date Invoiced Date is entered. This date is editable after invoicing, and action appears in the Notes section. The Invoiced Date has also been added to the Invoice Report.

14. (SPARCFulfillment) Update Copyright Year

The year range has been updated to 2011-2023 within SPARCFulfillment repository files and the module’s footer.

15. (SPARCFulfillment Gem Update) Upgrade Autoprefixer

The autoprefixer rails has been upgraded to 9.1.4.

1. (SPARCFulfillment) Participant Tracker Procedures Menu Auto Collapses

A bug was fixed that caused the procedures menu to collapse when completing procedures services for a participant. This has been fixed, along with enabling the invoiced toggle without requiring a page refresh after completing a procedure.

2. (SPARCFulfillment Code) Suite changes to Visit Group Sequence

Additional development work has been done to update testing suites actions for appointment lists in follow up to the 3.4.0 release work on “Appointment List Not Displaying by Visit Sequence”.
