• Discussion and Working on improving functionality and resource management within SPARC

  • As studies increase in size, how SPARC handles them and what structural changes are needed to improve functioning will be important. Look out for new stories regarding these changes

• (SPARCAdmin) Add Permissible Values for User Profile Organization Information - allow site admins to update department affiliations.

  • LA CaTS used general names and listed all options in drop down to reduce logic requirements. Brian asked to see how they currently organize their departments and share with the group.

  • Sites should look out for requests to review the story, which will be in two parts.

    • Part 1 to update data and its display

    • Part 2 to update when data displays (logic)

• SPARCFulfillment 3.4.0 Release - 4/20/2023. 2-week review time, then released to OS community.
