Described desired design for SPARCRequest Step 2 and SPARCDashboard: Add Associated Organizations on Protocol Information Form: multiple associations, type is each institution, possibly distinct per project, IRB info, potential for additional data (e.g., comments). Jeremy showed what Case has implemented, which doesn’t have these full details. Appears including this feature and making in configurable and/or accept/reject the addition. Next step will be to discuss desired design and implementation among institution at the OS Governance meeting.

Not many updates for SPARC. Have been working on their MyCTSC app for centralizing scholars funding and pilot awards into a data mart. May demo the product if OS members are interested.

Production is up, but not in use yet. Will consult with MUSC (Leila) to help see if there are any gaping hole before go live.

(SPARCRequest Step 2 and SPARCDashboard) Add Associated Organizations on Protocol Information Form - Pivotal Tracker will be discussed at Friday’s OS Ops meeting. Shared proposed design to add External Orgs similar to existing functions thatadd IRB information as a ‘Add New' option where one organization’s info is contained & with the ability to add additional orgs separately. See example below. Jeremy didn’t think that design choice would be problematic if they would adopt at some point.

Meeting time changed to 2 pm - will continue monitoring for vast attendance conflicts
