- Keep in the loop about any changes to the connection between RMID and SPARC
- Pull request is in for fee agreement changes
- Please merge pull request, cherry pick to v3.9.1 (and tag for 3.9.2)
- Modified rate situation will need to be a manual process.

Jeremy: Working on a new test server, to start moving to a newer version of SPARC. Particularly with an eye toward customizations specific to the case western instance.
