• SPARC OS Pivotal Tracker stories

  • (SPARCRequest & SPARCDashboard) Allow study Primary IRB Record to be directly entered on page

    • OHSU info on how this may work in using RMID field for IRB #? - Their IRB # populates in RMID field and # and dates also populate in the IRB section via API. This shouldn’t be an issue with still populating as the primary IRB. But, Kitt will talk with Team about this for final confirmation.

    • Discussed making primary distinction configurable as optional per institution.

  • Discuss related story (SPARCRequest/Dashboard) - Add Primary IRB Designation. In addition to the story design:

    • Primary IRB can be either IRB of Record or Institutional IRB. Need a claer description

    • All Primary IRB distinction to be configurable for institutions to turn on/off

    • Give SPARC admins ability to edit the primary IRB linkage

  • (SPARCRequest) Add description field to services in Admin Edit - Request for OHSU to confirm text box is unique for a service and request

    • Confirmed this is a text box unique to a service on a study and not affecting SPARCCatalog

    • Entries should auto add to Admin notes for audit trail
