• SPARCReport permissions - Report access is current given to all Super Users. Should this be limited per program/provider with SPARCCatalog permissions structure? Topic was discussed at the 2/14/2024 OS Tech Meeting, where this can be designed to add a SPARCReports permissions column in Catalog to manage rights not tied to Super User rights.

  • Discussion included no objections from members to adding the feature. Note the following:

    • Leila expressed desire for it to be simplified for optimal development, implementation and training

    • Kitt requested that permissions also allow viewing the data in SPARC if a user can also run the report data.

       

• (SPARCRequest Step 2 & SPARCDashboard) Add Tooltip to Study Financial Account & remove UDAK # Text - Suggested tool tip language.

  • After Discussion it was determined that we keep the (UDAK#) within the parantheses

  • In the future when the Tooltip functionality is better editable/accessible for edits, come back to it for potential implementation discussion
