Make institution a required and displayed field (for multiple institutions situation and reporting/working prioritization)? LA CaTS already did the customized codes, whether it’s desired for the majority? can make it into the main repository if so and make it configurable.
Case Western: adding new required 'Project Scope' selections. From Jeremy: If "Single CTSC Institution" is selected, the checkboxes change to radio buttons. (I still need to add space between the checkboxes. Also, we've renamed Protocol/Study to Project.)
