• Reported v3.10.0 release story (SPARCDashboard) Notification Email Linking Directly to Notification Message, wasn’t allowing the message window to close without exiting the whole page. MUSC will review and put in a story for the issue.

MUSC:

12/7/22

• SPARC 3.10.0 released Mon 11/28/2022. Still in 2-week monitoring period. Current release notes available HERE.

• Began work on 3.4.0 SPARC Fulfillment stories as the next release.

Oregon Health & Science University:

11/23/22

• Matt’s out of the office so won’t be able to address the comments on Github pull request for Non-clinical Fee Agreement notes story. May be able to include change as a cherry pick after the release.

12/7/22

• Non-clinical Fee Agreement is on their instance and will be reapplied when promoted in v3.10.1. The pull request pending MUSC promotion for review in preparation for a 3.10.1 release.

• They are in early phases of integrating SPARC and Jira (locally stored instance) for development work fulfillment, based on SPARC statues. Can share how it goes when they are further along in the process.
