How to Provide Information About Your Request Before Submission

We have received many questions on where users can provide details of what they are requesting from the services they are submitting. This guide shows where research teams can provide background details regarding their requests that service providers will read.

There are two locations where research teams can provide details on their request before submission:

    STEP 2: PROTOCOL INFORMATION

    STEP 4: DOCUMENTS & FORMS

      1. Research teams can provide documentation regarding their requests

      2. Research teams can complete any forms associated with their requests and provide a service provider with the details they need to complete the request

    3. SPARCDASHBOARD

      1. If you do not provide any details before submitting your request, you can provide those details in SPARCDashboard in the study level notes (See screenshot)

    FAQ:

You can wait to hear from service providers within 2 - 3 business days. They can provide you with what documentation they require.

After you submit your request, by providing these details in the beginning, you will increase the speed at which your requests can be completed.
