SPARC Proxy Rights (based on SPARCRequest v3.12.1)

Member Only

·   Are listed with “Member Only” in the Authorized User table (i.e. Study Team Members)

·   Not able to view protocols in SPARCDashboard

·   Do not receive system generated emails

·   Member only access can be used to grant study team members access to Epic, without giving them SPARCRequest rights.

View Rights

·   Listed with “View Rights” in the Authorized User table

·   Able to view entire protocol (i.e. view-only access)

·   Can add notes and send notifications to service providers

·   Cannot modify or edit services

·   Cannot modify Study/Project Information or Authorized Users

Authorize/Change Study Charges

·   Listed with “Authorize/Change Study Charges” in the Authorized User table

·   Able to view and edit entire protocol (i.e. full protocol access)

·   Can modify or edit services

·   Primary PI, PD/PI, and Billing/Business Manager are all defaulted to this level of rights and cannot be changed.
