How to Provide Information About Your Request Before Submission
We have received many questions on where users can provide details of what they are requesting from the services they are submitting. This guide shows where research teams can provide background details regarding their requests that service providers will read.
There are two locations where research teams can provide details on their request before submission:
STEP 2: PROTOCOL INFORMATION | STEP 4: DOCUMENTS & FORMS |

A research team can leave study level notes providing details on exactly what they are wanting from their requests. These notes can then be seen by the service provider in SPARCDashboard. (See screenshot)
STEP 4: DOCUMENTS & FORMS (SEE SCREENSHOT)
Research teams can provide documentation regarding their requests
Research teams can complete any forms associated with their requests and provide a service provider with the details they need to complete the request
SPARCDASHBOARD
If you do not provide any details before submitting your request, you can provide those details in SPARCDashboard in the study level notes (See screenshot)
