• Pivotal Tracker Shutting Down Discussion

  • Only 6 months until shut down

  • Looking into shifting over to Jira

    • Wiki resources describing Pivotal Tracker will be updated

    • Jeremy noted they have used Jira, OHSU as well. Jeremy also noted Jira integrates with Bitbucket if desired switching from Github to that.

• Ruby/Rails Upgrade - still underway as the SPARC update v3.13.0. After that, will move into the next SPARC release 3.14.0.

• Royce invited members to participate in either a poster or panel for the Association for Clinical and Translational Science (ACTS) Translational Science 2025 Scientific Sessions in April 2025. Topic is ‘Integrating Data to Power Translation’ expressed as innovative research, impactful success stories, or valuable lessons from challenges faced. Panel abstract submission is due by Mon Sept 23. Members expressed interest that will highlight the collaboration with SPARC and its various use among the sites for data exchange and to drive data operations. Royce will email info for members to submit a short description of their topic to go into a collective submission.
