• (SPARC Email) Add Customized Service Provider URL to User Auto Email: Case Western request at the 11/15/24 Ops call to allow serice provider to communicate additional information with service requests. This can be a within SPARC new service request Submission Email, action given to service provider in Catalog with customization to add more details, instructions, URL to intake form, etc.

  • During meeting, Jeremy agreed the design to give ability in Catalog and add content to initial submission email will work. Provider should be able to add some custom text that includes URL. Could be a shortened version of the Catalo description box that allows html for links.

  • Imogen noted they suppress these new submission emails since their Ops office submits all requests.

• Using v3.10. Considering if if they should upgrade to current version. During the meeting, went through the v3.11-3.12.1 release document to help with the decision.

• Plan to use SPARC Fulfillment. MUSC will send additional information regarding the setup since it’s a separate application.
