Milestone: 2020 SPARCRequest Cloud Retreat

The highlights of this retreat include:

1. Review and demonstration of project progress of SPARC new features in regarding to cloud infrastructure and staging site;

2. Showcase draft KPM dashboards built in Tableau;

3. CTSA/CTR award structure based ontology tagging and service ontology discussions;

4. Gather institutional feedback for cloud implementation concerns and technical challenges;

5. Technical team members scheduled to work collaboratively for a Code-A-Thon to initiate system administrator user interface for application-level configurations and user management, to make the customizations easier.
