Discussion
Klok Time Tracking (intro of topic)
Leila provided an overview of the Klok tool used for time-based tracking of coordinator activities.
The integration between Klok and SPARC for generating fulfillments is no longer functional due to a discontinued report.
Brigette is working on a manual workaround using an alternative report, though it lacks some data and increases manual review.
Plans are underway to build similar time-tracking functionality directly into SPARC Request.
Leila emphasized the goal of creating a simple, low-click solution to replace Klok.
Kitt shared that their team uses time-based estimates in SPARC but tracks actuals externally (e.g., Excel).
Dashboard and Reporting Enhancements
The ct.gov number field will be searchable in the SPARCDashboard in the next release.
Jillian is engaging with Indiana and USC on evaluation efforts and preparing metrics for the new 7-year grant cycle.
Emphasis on planning ahead for reporting requirements, despite frequent changes from funders.
