Protocols Report Data Dictionary (SPARCRequest v3.12.1)

This report provides information for those protocols utilizing the services as selected in the report criteria. These criteria can include the institution, provider, program and/or core. The resulting report identifies protocol-specific information which includes the Long and Short titles, funding source, sponsor name, financial account, study phase, NCT #, PRO #, IRB of record, IRB expiration date as well as including the PI and PI's institution, division and department details, coordinator information, etc.
