Research Master ID (RMID) Accessibility

Dear RMID users,

RMID has been having sporadic network connectivity issues, where at times the application is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing the research community. The behavior appears to be related to the widespread Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) network issues experienced in July 2024 and ensuing latencies.

Our RMID development team is working internally and with MUSC Information Solutions (IS) on the issue. One step towards a resolution is a planned MUSC network outage tonight, Thursday August 15, 2024 at 10 pm.
