    1. A research team can leave study level notes providing details on exactly what they are wanting from their requests. These notes can then be seen by the service provider on the administrative endin SPARCDashboard. (See screenshot)

  2. STEP 4: DOCUMENTS & FORMS (SEE SCREENSHOT)

    1. Research teams can provide documentation regarding their requests

    2. Research teams can complete any forms associated with their requests and provide a service provider with the details they need to complete the request

  3. SPARCDASHBOARD

    1. If you do not provide any details before submitting your request, you can provide those details in SPARCDashboard in the study level notes (See screenshot)
