A system bug has been identified in SPARCDashboard-->Requests that prevents Clinical Services from displaying within the Consolidated Request Summary. Please be assured that the data is not lost; it is currently not viewable in this location.
We are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, you may see a consolidated summary of all services by using alternate views within SPARCDashboard-->Requests (e.g., Budget Template, Coverage Analysis, Cost Analysis) or SPARCRequest Step 3: Service Details ‘Consolidated Request’ tab.

Dear MUSC SPARC Users,
Recently, MUSC Identity Management has implemented a new process for provisioning NetIDs. Former MUSC employees returning to MUSC after 90 days will receive a new NetID rather than re-activating their previously issued NetID, as was the case in the past.
What this means for SPARC access: Returning users falling into this category will not be able to log into SPARC with their previous MUSC credentials. To regain access, please send an email to sparcrequest@musc.edu, requesting an update to login credentials and providing the user's name, email and new netID.
