Search by Associated Studies

A new field ‘Search by Association’ has been added to the RMID Homepage to search for associated system #s - SPARCID, eIRB ID, COEUS ID, Cayuse ID.

RMID PIs updated to eIRB validated study PI

The RMID PIwill be updated to the eIRB PI when the study has reached a validated eIRB state (e.g, has been IRB approved) or is updated via an eIRB approved amendment. A notation ‘Update to eIRB PI’ will be displayed on the study. With changes, an email will go out to the RMID creator, previous PI and new PI. RMID study access and future notices will also transfer from the previous PI to the new PI. The update is also logged in development cron job logs.

RMID PI updated from eIRB validated study PI

When a study is unlinked from an eIRB validated study, the RMID PI will revert back to the previous RMID PI, who will resume RMID study access and notices. The restoration is also logged in development cron job logs.

The eIRB link in the RMID site top navigation pane has been updated to the current eIRB url.

RMID Creation Email

The RMID created email sent to the RMID creator and PI has been updated to remove references to ‘Funding Source’ and ‘Research Type’, which were removed in RMID v1.6.0 release.

Display associated studies linkages during RMID website hourly data refreshes

Previously, the color-coded key showing RMIDs SPARC and eIRB associations were not displayed twice an hour when RMID was performing system linkage data refreshes. As a result, it appeared RMID studies were not linked to these systems. With this release, these keys will continue displaying with data refreshes.

Update RMID Nightly Jobs Test Site MSTeams Webhook

The SPARC test environment cron job webhook reporting nightly RMID-SPARC activity has been updated to ensure data feeds.

1. Suppress mass emails going out for eIRB PI changes with initial deployment.

   • Deploy

   • Comment out update_from_eirb_db line in crontab file

   • Run RAILS_ENV=production SUPPRESS_PI_MAILER=true bundle exec rake update_from_eirb_db

   • Uncomment the crontab file
