SPARC Ruby 3.2.2 & Ruby Rails 7.0.8.1 upgrades - may need to upgrade servers before release
SPARC 3.13.0 Release will follow the Ruby/Rails upgrade and RMID release
UPDATE - (SPARCCatalog) Select active services to hide from SPARCRequest - story will currently only include (admin) services with no cost. Future consideration of other types with cost or proposed cost may be pursued at a later date.
