How to Submit a Request Starting from SPARCDashboard (Upcoming)

The Purpose of the Guide is to show users how to request services from SPARCDashboard.

Step 1: Go To SPARCDashboard

Step 2: Click the “+ Start a New Protocol”

Step 3: Select Whether to Create a “New Project” and “New Study”

Step 4: Filling out the “Study Information” or “Project Information”

Step 5: Click “Save” to Submit the Request Protocol

Step 6: Go to the Requests Submitted Table near the Bottom of the Newly Created Protocol

Step 7: Click on the “+Add/Modify Requests” Button

Step 8: Select the Services from the Service Catalog on the Left and Add them to the Cart

Open

Step 9: Complete Steps 1-5 and Fill out the Rest of the Study Information

Step 10: Click Submit to Request the Services

Step 11: Wait to Hear Back from the Service Providers
