Near completion of upgrade to v3.12.1; migrating customizations to core features (able to eliminate customizations of Other Details section).
Current SPARC version stable.

will postpone upgrade to v3.12.1 until new year to prepare documentation and planned communications.
confirmed for Jeremy that the unsubmitted requests feature is in SPARC v3.12.1 - can enable in settings ‘use_task_list’
