New SCTR Program in SPARCRequest

Dear MUSC Community,

We have added a new SCTR program called Microbiome Laboratory on SPARC . The Microbiome Laboratory specializes in providing microbiome study design, sequencing assays, data analysis, and data interpretation to investigators within MUSC and beyond. The services listed are often utilized by the MUSC Living Biobank, which allows end-to-end access to clinical specimens and resulting microbiome data in a de-identified manner.
