This Guide is to explain the process of archiving studies in SPARCDashboard.

How to Archive a Study

1. Go to SPARCDashboard

Open

2. Select a Study Protocol for Archiving

Open

3. Click on the Archive Button in the Top Right-Hand Corner To Archive the Protocol

How to Access Archived Studies on SPARCDashboard:

Once a Study is archived, it will be moved to the archived study table on SPARCDashboard. To access the archive study table, Follow these steps:

1. Go to SPARCDashboard

2. Go to the “Filter Protocols” and Click on the ‘Archived' Slider to switch to “Archived”

3. Click Filter (Takes you to the Archived Studies Table)

How to Unarchive a Study

If a user wishes to unarchive a study, follow these steps:

1. Go to SPARCDashboard

2. Switch Over to the Archive Studies Table and Select the Archived Study (See Previous Section)

3. Click the “Archived/Unarchived” Button to Unarchive the study

4. Go Back to SPARCDashboard and the Study will appear in the Unarchived Studies Table
