How to Message a Service Provider Using SPARC

This guide is meant to provide guidance to research teams on how to message service providers about their requests in SPARCDashboard (http://sparc.musc.edu/dashboard).

Step 1: Go to Protocol in Dashboard and Click on it

Step 2: Scroll down to the “Request - Submitted” Table in the Protocol

Step 3: Click on the Messaging Button in the Action Column

Step 4: Select the Authorized User or Administrator you want to Message

Step 5: Enter the Message you wish to Send and Click Send

*An Email is sent to the Administrator Informing them that a Message has been sent to them in SPARC and they will reach back out to the messenger in SPARC
