SPARC v3.12.0 planned deployment date is 12/14/2023.

Plan to upgrade RMID / SPARC soon. First need to add status field before upgrade.

Are there any reports that added External Organizations? Looked during the meetings and Protocols report (which would be the most likely one) did not have it. Brigette will check the original story and reports to confirm if it is elsewhere. They are interested in it being added ad rows and not delineated since it has other fields (e.g., Type, Comments). If not already in an existing report, they will put into their customized report in the meantime.

Upgrade SPARC and Redhat Linux 7 to 9 (EOL for v7 is next June '24)

Continuing to upgrade their OS since it’s end of life. Received Andrew’s input on potential resolution to issue, ad will send that info to their IS dept for assistance.
After upgrade, next priority will be moving to latest SPARC platform, considering their current customizations.
Can keep Hadrian on the list recipient list as Jeremy’s back up.

Does your institution use a centralized, Clinical Trials Management System (CTMS), such as Oncore, Velos, etc?
Currently using Engaged. But it doesn’t talk to SPARC. New research director would like to change to something new.
What electronic medical record (EMR) system does your institution use, such as Epic?
