Oregon Health & Science University:

Non-clinical Fee Agreement is on their instance and will be reapplied when promoted in v3.10.1. The pull request pending MUSC promotion for review in preparation for a 3.10.1 release.
They are in early phases of integrating SPARC and Jira (locally stored instance) for development work fulfillment, based on SPARC statues. Can share how it goes when they are further along in the process.
