1. Update Search Field Instructions in PI Field to display 'search by' field title

When creating an RMID, the PI Name search bar text reads 'Search by' PI Name, Email or NetID, depending on which radio button is selected to search.

2. Remove the Research Type question

In this release, we have removed ‘Research Type’ question when creating or editing RMIDs. Additionally, we removed the ‘Research Type’ column from the RMID homepage.

4. Add to list of eIRB validated states

In this release, we have added eIRB states ‘Exempt Complete’ and ‘Overdue Study Status’ to the list of verified eIRB states for RMID validation that display green visual cues within RMID and SPARC.

5. Users unable to log into RMID

With this release, RMID has been updated to accommodate recent changes to MUSC user authentication.

6. Incorrect PI Department Displaying on RMID Studies

With this release, RMID has been updated to accommodate recent changes to MUSC user profile attributes that display PI departments when creating RMIDs. In addition, work has been done to correct PI departments on existing RMIDs.

7. Add New RMID Status Endpoint

A new method of establishing a connection between RMID & SPARC was added with this release to optimize communication between the two systems. The status endpoint will be used by SPARC to determine whether RMID server is up and running. It will validate this connection when editing the RMID on SPARCRequest Step 2 or SPARCDashboard Edit Study, presenting an error message to the user when the server is down.
